Provided legal direction for all business initiatives of a $24B publicly traded enterprise with 30,000 employees worldwide, spanning Radio, Television, Outdoor, and Live Nation divisions. Led 40 in-house lawyers and coordinated 400+ outside counsel. Served as secretary to two public company boards simultaneously.
